thinking out loud again...
what are most folks looking forward when they decide to do an adoption search? Medical information? Birthparents? Siblings? Half-siblings? Other relatives? Winnie the Pooh?

Okay, maybe not so much Winnie...but I wonder what most are looking for when they set out to search for information on their adoption.
....perhaps it is just the quest for the unknown?

I began to search in order to find out if the stories that I had heard about my possible life... had my mom sent me to live with her parents in Hawaii... were true.
I needed to understand better whether there was any reality to the stories my adopting parents were told.
Later on, however... I realized that I wanted a whole lot more than that. And still do... but am figuring that out three years later.
People should read this.
